DELIVERY AND SHIPPING CHARGES
Delivery For UK Customers : £1.50 or FREE for orders of £5 or over
Delivery for E.U. Customers : £3.50
Delivery for International Customers : £4.50
Orders will be shipped either via Royal Mail or a nominated courier service.
Orders will be shipped usually within 48 hrs of cleared funds being received. We will use our best endeavours to get your order to you within 7 days (please allow longer for international delivery). If your item has not arrived, please allow up to 10 days before we can investigate the problem (and up to 21 days for international deliveries). Orders must be sent to the billing address which is registered with PAYPAL, GOOGLE CHECKOUT PAYMENT.
Payment for items can be made using our secure payment partners which are PAYPAL and GOOGLE CHECKOUT or POSTAL ORDER OR CHEQUE(Made payable to Makeupworld). Please do not use any other form of online payment as we cannot guarantee your security and privacy. Please do not send credit or debit details via email. We have no control over the security of these details.
SHARING INFORMATION
We will not share any information whether it be name,address or payment details with ANY third party for any reason. We collect information about you for two reasons. Firstly to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not email you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us in the future.
The type of information we may collect about you includes:

Credit or debit card details are not stored within our site. These are stored within Paypal or Google checkout when you leave our site to connect to their online secure processing. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The personal information which we hold will be held securely and in accordance with the law.
TERMS OF SALE
Ordering
To place an order add the item required to your shopping basket. To pay for the items you need to checkout and select PAYPAL or GOOGLE CHECKOUT as your method of payment. You do not need to create an account to purchase from us.
We accept payment by major credit cards and credit cards via PAYPAL or GOOGLE CHECKOUT. You do not have to be a customer to use their services as you can send a one off payment through them.
When you are placing an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order, another email to say that your order is being processed (once payment is received), and then another email to confirm that your order has been despatched.
Stock
If an item shows as in stock then we should have it. If for any reason you are charged for an item that we do not have in stock then we will refund the cost of the item with our apologies or you can place any items that are out of stock on 'back order' and we will send out the items once they are back in stock. All items we carry are brand new items direct from the manufacturers.

Please ensure you have read and understood the shipping policies and rates, paying partcular attention if you are an international purchaser. The rates and methods can be found at the top of this page.
CANCELLATION POLICY AND RETURNS
Cancellations
You can cancel your contract with us any time up to 7 working days after the of delivery. To do this please email us. You do not have to give an explanation but this would help improve the service we offer to customers in the future. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights. After the expiry of the 7 days, it will be considered that you have accepted the item(s).
Please note we will NOT refund an item that we can see has been tested or used in any way. This is for hygiene reasons. Items must be resaleable. We will only refund costs incurred to send the item back to us where there has been an error on our part.
If you cancel you must return the goods at your own expense with proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for items being lost in transit. You must ensure that the items are adequately packaged to ensure against damage.
If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them and we will charge you the direct cost of the collection. You will be responsible for the return of the goods until we receive them, we will not refund payment if we do not receive the goods back. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights for example if goods are faulty or misdescribed. Please see below.
Returns for Faulty/Misdescribed Goods
If you have received an item that is faulty or misdescribed, please contact us via email as soon as practicable after the fault has been discovered so that we may resolve the situation with you as soon as possible. If it results in you having to return the item then again you must ensure that the products are adequately packaged to ensure against damage and we will require proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for items being lost in transit.

Everything on this site, from the photographs and graphics to the text of these terms, is either owned by us or used by us with someone else's permission. By using our site, you will not obtain any rights in any of the materials on our site.
